ubbd Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

ubbd ("we", "our", "platform") operates an online casino and sports betting service for players in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to all users ("member", "you", "player").

• These Terms are drawn up in Bengali and are relevant to the Bangladesh market.
• The platform reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend services at any time without notice.
• The Bengali version of these Terms is the final and binding version.
• If any clause is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue in full effect.

2 Eligibility and Registration

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on ubbd:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Proof of identity may be requested for age verification.
• Each person may register only one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited and, if detected, all accounts will be terminated.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
• You are registering on your own behalf and are not managing any account on behalf of a third party.
• If information is found to be false, the account will be suspended immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

3 Account Management

The following provisions apply to managing your ubbd account:

• It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• If you forget your login credentials, use the password recovery feature.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account, unless there is evidence of unauthorized access.
• Inactive accounts (no activity for more than 12 months) may be marked as dormant.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

ubbd supports transactions through Bangladesh's main mobile banking and bank transfer services.

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 per method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing time: Within 10–45 minutes after approval.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same method used for the original deposit where possible.
• ubbd reserves the right to verify the source of deposits. Suspicious money laundering transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Withdrawal requests linked to fraudulent or illegal transactions will be rejected and the balance will be forfeited.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ubbd offers various bonuses and promotional offers. The following terms apply:

• Welcome bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Wagering requirement is 15x (on deposit and bonus combined).
• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period and usage conditions, which will be stated in the offer details.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.
• If bonus abuse is detected (such as multiple accounts or coordinated betting), the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• ubbd reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Weekly cashback through the VIP program: Bronze — up to 0.3%, Silver — up to 0.6%, Gold — up to 0.9%, Platinum — up to 1.2%.

6 Betting Rules

The following provisions must be followed for betting and gaming activity on ubbd:

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be withdrawn or changed, unless a cash-out option is available under the specific game's rules.
• ubbd reserves the right to cancel bets placed on incorrect odds or information displayed due to a technical error.
• If suspicious activity or manipulation is detected in the outcome of a game, the betting results for that round may be declared void.
• All games use verified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair play.
• If a connection is lost during a live casino game, the result of the round will apply once the connection is restored.
• Betting limits are set separately for each game and market. The maximum limit will be displayed in the game interface.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ubbd platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or betting for the purpose of bonus arbitrage.
• Using bots, scripts or automated software in any game.
• Using the platform for illegal money laundering or fraudulent financial transactions.
• Attempting to defraud the system through coordinated betting with other players.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's software or database.
• Conducting transactions on behalf of or in other members' accounts.
• Registering or verifying identity using false or misleading information.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ubbd platform — logos, graphics, software, text, designs and code — is protected by intellectual property law. The following are prohibited:

• Reproducing, distributing or modifying any part of the platform without prior written permission.
• Unauthorized use of the ubbd brand name or logo.
• Attempting to reverse engineer the game software or interface.

Third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi and others) own their respective intellectual property. ubbd provides services under their licenses.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ubbd is not liable for:

• Disruption to betting or gaming caused by internet connection issues, device failure or third-party technical problems.
• Losses resulting from a bet being cancelled due to an unexpected technical error.
• Delays or failures in the operations of third-party payment providers outside the platform.
• Financial losses arising from a player's own gaming decisions.
• Service interruptions due to force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics).

ubbd makes every effort to maintain service quality, but cannot guarantee 24/7 uninterrupted service.

10 Privacy

Details of how your personal data is collected, stored and used can be found in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

• SSL encryption is used to keep your personal data secure.
• Your data is not sold to third parties. However, data may be shared with authorities when required by law.
• Anonymous usage data may be analysed to improve service quality.

11 Responsible Gaming

ubbd places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income.

12 Changes and Termination
